Moules frites….a vast potential of options. But coming up with a different way of serving them every Friday (that’s 52 different types of mussels a year) can get a little tiresome. Fortunately this week had a little inspiration from a friend and it was a chilly night in comparison to the past few days. So this week we served mussels with a roasted cauliflower-almond curry sauce. And they were pretty damn good.
