One of my chefs moved to greener pastures and will be heading up the prepared foods section at a local farm market. Went to check the place out today and made a very summertime meal. Grilled sausage with onions and peppers, fresh sweet corn on the cob, and strawberry shortcake for dessert!

Made a fun spread of salsas: guacamole, grapefruit salsa, corn salsa (in a funky tequila lime dressing), and a trio of tomato based salsas including salsa picante (hot), tomatillo (medium), and pico de gallo (mild). Had make your own tacos bar with an assortment of tequilas.
