Totally rocked out tonight! Check out my midterm plate. Master chef was impressed! =)

He suggested a few changes, but it gets kind of frustrating because every chef that looks at this plate had something completely different to say about it. This time, I was told to plate it on a circular plate, with the roulades facing in the opposite direction and the sauce drizzled around the plate.

Kind of frustrated by the time I was plating because no chicken stock and butter available to cook with. I know its a lame excuse, but chicken stock and butter are things that any well stocked kitchen should have. So my dish didn’t taste as good as it could have. Blah.
